Can students are are not doing Blinn TEAM but just blinn rush?

Check with Texas A&M's Office of Greek Life. They can better answer your question.

If you are talking about students who are only enrolled at Blinn and not in the Blinn/A&M programs, I don't see how. Community college students can't rush.
