NIU fraternity members get community service and fines in drinking death
 

New member died from alcohol poisoning after a party. 5 members received fines of $1000 and 100 hours of community service. 17 other members received fines of $500 and 100 hours of community service. A judge previously ruled that the drinking was not related to hazing.
