This is the coolest thing! Erin Weed, an Alpha Phi from Eastern Illinois University, started Girls Fight Back after her friend and A Phi sister was murdered. She teaches self defense and is one of the most amazing speakers I have ever heard. My understanding is that you can contact her to have her come to your campus to do her presentation.

There's nothing cooler than learning how to break the leg of someone who is attacking you! :)

I attend Eastern Illinois, and for an Educational, we went to one of her lessons. They are such practical tips- like how to stand in an elevator. Who would have ever thought that could make a difference. But I think about those things all the time.
