All Greek Block Party

My school is trying to do a better job of having events with PHC and IFC, so we are having an All Greek Block Party open to everyone on campus. We have about 10 sororities and frats and each one will have to contribute one booth or activity at the event. So far we have water slides, live music, and a mocktails station.

We want this event to be awesome, so do you guys have any ideas?
Thanks!

Weather permitting, carnival-style events such as a dunk tank, darts thrown at balloons, shaving cream pies to hit people with?

We do Pie-a-Phi Mu! Just get aluminum pans and fill them with whipped cream (or shaving cream like clemsongirl said), let people pie a member for cash or tickets or whatever you want!

You could also do three-legged races or karaoke. :)

Bean bag toss, giant genna, croquet, badminton, ring toss, cake walk, corn hole.

Cake walk: participants purchase tickets. Participants walk in a circle of numbered squares drawn on the concrete, while music plays. After a couple of minutes, stop the music and draw a number. The person who is standing on the square that matches the number drawn wins a cake. Winner can no longer participate. Add a person to the group of participants, to replace the winner. Members of org. are responsible for baking, decorating, and donating a cake.
