I found this picture of a pretty AEPhi related pin on the internet. Does anyone know if this is something like a mother's pin, milestone piece, or award?

I'm totally unfamiliar with this pin. It couldn't be a mother's pin because only sisters can wear the Greek letters. That said, it is pretty and includes the lily of the valley... hmm.

From our sorority's historian, it is a mother's club pin (mothers of new members attended all meetings through initiation and they would receive their pins upon their daughter initiating.
