When do you rush?
 

When does your group participate in formal rush at your school? Please include the name of your school in your response.

U of Michigan -Ann Arbor

Mid to the end of September is our formal rush.

Michigan State has formal recruitment in the fall.
University of Maryland-College Park has formal in the spring (actually Jan. early Feb.)

From recollection, Western Michigan has formal in the fall as well.

At St. Mary's University, we hold formal rush in the spring. It is usually at the beginning of February.

University of Iowa
Formal Rush - August - usually the week before school starts
Informal - Usually 2 weeks after the spring semester starts

University of Michigan-Flint

Each rush period is three weeks long, one week with just table times to promote greek life and the other two weeks for events.

Formal Rush starts in the middle September
Informal Rush starts in the middle January
