Alcohol (or at least hard liquor) Bans at Brown and Dartmouth
A couple of northeastern universities are instituting bans on alcohol -- or at least some kinds of alcohol -- at parties. The bans vary in their details.

This stuff always makes me LOL.
We couldn't keep ANY liquor on campus, and we didn't have the money to serve hard liquor at parties. The fraternity with the most well-off members occasionally "pulled out the stops" and shared one of the brother-designated kegs of Coors Light. |
