Yes. So as not to jeopardize any recruitment, please take down this post. You mean well, but it is sending the wrong message. Inadvertently it suggests desperation (particularly with an all caps shout out.) Discretion is your friend and you have provided enough info in your posts to identify your school and you specifically. Just know that grades and class standing will be factors that may result in cuts. Focus on presenting great convo skills and extracurricular engagement as the GPA and class standing cannot be changed at this time. I am confident that als will delete her post as will I. Yes i did factor in gpas for the other sororities. And the reason for all caps is to get peoples attention ,not so much desperation.

Oh dear, is right. You are talking to a group of women who are mostly alumnae in their respective organizations. You may want to actually take some of the advice you were given and acknowledge that you can jeopardize your chances before you've even signed up for recruitment with some of the things you have said/ done on here.

All caps is considered screaming which is rude. So now we know one thing about you. And each chapter determines their own GPA requirement. So - even if we could and were so inclined - no one is going take the time to find out and list the minimum GPA for all their chapters - esp two of the largest groups in the country. Besides, the minimum GPA is just that - the minimum....not what it will take for you to get a bid.

Delete your post and all of us will too. If not, I'll do what I can to find out who and where you are so I can let my chapter know - since I'm in one you listed. We are trying to help you.

The required GPA will differ for chapters on different campi, even chapters of the same organization. The required GPA is not always carved in stone and is not universal. It is part of the total package that is a PNM and that is PRIVATE information. Even if we knew the information you request, we would not divulge it.
