Tshirt quilt
I am looking for info or reviews from anyone who has had a Tshirt blanket or quilt made from their old tshirts. I don't have the time or artistic ability to do this myself. Can any GC members comment on their experience??? I have been looking at online companies. Thanks in advance.
Ps. I have not been able to find a thread like this in the past few years so I was hoping for some updated info :) |

I had a tshirt made through a company called Project Repat. It isn't as fancy as the others I've seen, but it was much more affordable. I found the company through a groupon. You basically cut up the tshirts, send a pic of how you want them arranged on the quilt and send it off to the company. It's great for a blanket to use while you read or watch tv. The shirts are sewn together and a fleece back is sewn on.

There's a gal in my alumnae chapter who makes them. I've seen several that she's done, and they're cute as can be! Here's her business facebook page:

Greekchat member alum does them, but I don't know her schedule or pricing.

Alum,
Do you take orders for quilts? I had one made for my older daughter, and will want one next year for my youngest. |
