Pledging Process Ideas?
 

I'm starting a new sorority and I'm at loss for ideas for the pledging process if you could help me by throwing me some ideas that i could incorporate into my process or help get me started that would be amazing.

(If your answer is "there aren't any other girls" then you need to rethink what you are doing.)

Why do you need a pledge process at all?

There must be a reason you don't want to try to establish an already existing sorority, so building on what Sen said, why work within a traditional framework at all?

What are the goals of your pledge process? What would you want members to do/know by the end of it?
