OK, I am a member of DST and I was wondering why it matters to you?

I'm also wondering why you didn't do a search because I KNOW this topic has been discussed before. As my fellow moderator CrimsonTide4 says in her signature "SEARCHING: DO IT! LIVE IT!"

Searching is FUNdamental

**clearing throat** I did a SEARCH and what do you know there is a thread called "LARGE LINES" that deals with this topic.

SHANI,
Welcome to GC but please start searching. I saw you pull up 3 old threads this morning so I know you have searching skills.

Sorry, I really didn't search for a topic called large lines. But I was just looking how others felt about the topic. On another note I know that this week in Washington, D.C that there is delta convention or something of that sort is being held to talk about issues of the times. If any of you all are going I just wanted to say have a GREAT time in D.C and if your coming from NY, you must ride the subway here it is so much different!!

Not a problem...this time. I'm more than confident you'll do better in the future.

The "convention or something of that sort" you're referring to is Delta Days in the Nation's Capitol. It's different from our Convention, which is being held in Atlanta this year. Delta Days is a time when Sorors take a closer look at our nation's legislative process and determine how current policy affects us. (I'll give a cyber-cookie to any non-Delta who can tell me which thrust this falls under). The 3-day event started today & will conclude on the 5th.

1. When replying be CONFIDENT in your answers. It seems that you have spent some time researching DELTA and that is wonderful but be confident with your reply. It is ok not to know the answer. I tell my students all the time, sometimes you learn best by observing others.

2. Delta has THRUSTS.

So Shani, why are you so interested in large lines? Are you trying to secure your number on line. I see you go to Howard, were there is a wealth of info on Delta. Have you tried asking the many Sorors there this question?
