Former NFL Tennessee Titans kicker and Phi Tau killed in car accident
 

A very sad time for all Phi Tau brothers. Our brother Rob Bironas, Eastern Kentucky '12, was killed in a vehicle accident. He was 36 years old.

Rob was an alumni initiate at our 60th Convention in Nashville 2012. I participated in his initiation and had the chance to meet him. I cannot express words how I feel.

I didn't realize he was a brother. I was already sad because he seemed like a genuinely good person and gave back to his community but this makes it sadder. Sorry for your loss.

The news around Nashville on this one is becoming more and more bizarre. He did seem to do a lot of good in the community. My condolences go out to his family.
