Rush Chair
 

I was the recruitment chair for my sorority for 2 schhol calendar years! It was rough. Many other sisters didn't understand why I woudl get so stressed - they woudl say "It's only a week out of the semester ... oh and a couple of COB's". Even if there were no COB's it was way more than a week long ... and it was VERY stressful - but ya know what? I loved every minute of it. And seeing the RUSH partues go off without a hitch was great! My advise to any current or future RUSH chairs - have a rush committe - and USE IT! Delegate responsiblity and don't go crazy (like I did half the time).
