Expansion Websites (and social media) ONLY please

Hi folks! I searched (not hard) and didn't find this.

If you please, would you share the websites for expansion going on in your organizations? For example, I know some orgs will have a website for a potential colony go up in advance of the actual expansion.

I am also interested if your orgs have a website JUST for expansion, like www.joinXYZ.org.

Finally, tf there are no websites, but there are facebook pages for expansion, I'd like to see that too.

I am just curious how different orgs approach expansion communication.

(As usual, I am also open to analysis and critique of how your orgs do these sites)

We also set up a facebook page for new colonies as soon as PR starts.

Usually, when we have given the go ahead to a student(s) to begin the process of finding members to potentially become a colonist, they start facebook pages to help get the word out about OPA starting!

Here's an example of a current colony Facebook page (University of Southern Mississippi): Colony Facebook Page

We also have JoinAlphaChiOmega.com, which apparently redirects to a Facebook application.

James Madison University: http://www.gammaphibeta.org/JMU

University of Michigan: http://www.gammaphibeta.org/umichcolony/

Those two pages above have links to the facebook, twitter, and instagram accounts for each colony.

Columbia University is colonizing in Spring 2015, and doesn't have a website yet. But it does have facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GammaPhiBetaColumbia) and twitter (https://twitter.com/GPhiBColumbia) and instagram (http://instagram.com/gammaphibetacolumbia)

I didn't join the application, but I saw that it wants to manage people's events and have access to their friends' list. I wonder what uses those functions would have--add recruitment events to someone's FB calendar and get names of more women who could be PNMs?

I will say, it isn't the friendliest webpage, but I'm pretty sure that'd intentional. I really don't think we're pushing to get much bigger.

Thanks for sharing, everyone. This was really helpful to me.

Sigma Chi's website. It needs some updating, though.
