Greek Houses with Swimming Pools
Was browsing the house pictures thread. I've seen that some schools have pools at their houses. Does anyone know what ones might or have any pictures?

Alpha Xi Delta at Texas State has one - I don't do well trying to post pics on GC.

I don't even want to think about the insurance costs for a greek house w/ a pool.

Ole Miss Sigma Nu. Texas AXiD. There's a tiny pool at Texas ADPi.

Gamma Phi Beta at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo:
(I also thought that the University of Arizona chapter has one, but I can't confirm) http://lilaschoenfield.files.wordpre...1200&h=&crop=1 |
TKE's at WSU have a swimming pool, not sure as to what extent they ever used it or whether they use it today. =)

The Gamma Phi house at UC- Santa Barbara had one when I was in college (early 2000s), but I believe it has since been filled in to make room for more patio area.
ETA: Couldn't find any photos of the pool, but I did find some comments from the UCSB Gamma Phi Facebook page where an alumna was asking where the pool went. A more recent alumna said it was removed circa 2006/07 because it needed repairs and wasn't being used. The Theta Xi house at UCLA had one when I was in college as well. I don't know the status of it, but I recall one event where they placed a stage over the pool (probably cheap lumber from Home Depot) so a band could perform on top. |

I know a big problem for them over the summer is keeping people OUT of the pool while the house is shut down for vacation. Both sisters and people in the apartment complex around the house have a propensity for sneaking in . . .

I don't even want to know what the pool water looks like after a big party.

Pike at the University of Miami had a swimming pool, but an unfortunate accident caused a lawsuit to be brought against their holding corp. Here is that link: http://openjurist.org/476/f2d/447/bo...ng-corporation
