What kind of music do you workout to?

I just joined a new gym tonight. I listen to music while I workout, and I was just starting this thread to see what kind of music y'all workout to, for those who workout on a regular basis. I'm thinking there may be some good workout songs that I've never heard, that I can add to my playlist.

For me it's usually top 40 type of music and some rap tied into there

A whole Mish Mosh of stuff. When I do Zumba, it is hip hop, Bollywood, Reggage, and Latin

I have a pandora station that is called "pop and hip hop power workout" or something like that. I usually listen to that when I run. It has a mix of pop, hip hop, and rap songs that are very upbeat. I usually don't listen to that kind of music, but I like working out to it.

Remember the Name - Fort Minor
I'll Make a Man Out of You from Mulan
Headstrong - Trapt
You're Going Down - Sick Puppies

Basically anything with a strong beat and lyrics about kicking butt. I have really varied music taste, so my workout music is anything from Broadway to rock to rap to country to pop.

Years ago, a local television station ran a 24-7 channel with a radar weather map. They played several interesting and lengthy instrumental workout tapes as their background music. Over time I recognized and enjoyed several sections of those tapes, and would exercise to their music while "watching" the tv weather radar screen. I really miss that channel, for the radar and the music.
