I've been reading trivia for some other GLOs in the their respective forums recently and I want to get something similar started up for us. It would be fun and we can see just how much we know about our awesome organization. And remember...NO CHEATING ALLOWED!!!!!!!!

How many Sigma Alpha alumni chapters are currently recognized???

Ladies... let's keep the trivia going.

There are 21 recognized alumni chapters. There are also 3 that are currently organizing!!!!

OK...here's my question. It's really easy!!!!

Where is our 2002 National Convention going to be held and how many Sigma Alpha chapters do we have in the host state????

Hopefully, a WHOLE BUNCH of Sigma Alphas are going to join us in Irving, Texas next October!!! Currently, Texas has 5 active chapters (Rho, Phi, Alpha Zeta, Alpha Eta, and Alpha Pi) and a new SID (Sam Houston State University).


It's been a long time since I got a chance to ask any hard test questions, so let's see if I can give you a big challenge.....How many of our founders are lifetime members of the National Alumni organization? (Hint: read some fine print on the national website).

That was a great question Sus!!!! I found 4 of the 5 there. I think the only one I didn't find was Jennifer McMillan. I could have skipped over her though. So tell me...Am I right??????????

Oh, that's a tricky one! Jennifer McMillan is on there, but under her married name.

(All the founders were made lifetime members of the National Alumni Association several years ago.)

Next question: where will our next active chapter be located and what will be its Greek letter name?
