Rude Awakening
 

Last night was the final night of the Fraternity rush parties here at MTSU, and I had originally planned to go, but was feeling to lazy to get dressed-up for the occasion. LOL! So I stayed up til 5am watching TV & chatting online instead. I had set my alarm for noon to wake-up, since we have signs to make for our sports teams & a service project this afternoon. Well guess what?!? I woke up to a different alarm---honking horns and screaming guys! My initial reaction was "What the....!?!?!?!!!!" I kept looking out the dorm room window to see what the heck was going on, and surprise, surprise...the fraternity guys were running their pick-up trucks up & down the street with their new pledges in the bed of the truck holding their flags up. When I saw this I laughed in a kind of half amused, half annoyed way. I guess it's my fault for staying up so late. Oh well...now I just think it's funny! :)
