Hey, sisters! How are things? How's BSP life going for you?

I'm doing well. I'm running for Vice President of OLK this spring, and I'm excited to serve in that way. I'm currently the social chair, and we've had a great string of socials this sorority year.

I have to say, though, I really miss being part of an active land chapter. :(

Good luck with the elections. I'm sure you'll be a great VP.

I'm finiding it a little hard to keep up with OLO as much as I'd like as I'm just starting law school (although part time) and pretty busy at work and home. It's still great to check in with everybody and see what they're up to.

I'm staying busy with BSP. I'm the Co-Chair of the state convention this year which is being hosted by Lexington. I'll be glad when that is all over! :) We've been busy in teh chapter for sad reasons as several members have lost loved ones this year and the hospitality that goes with that has kept the chapter busy with food and deliveries.

Our chapter has gone a little quiet because we're all busy with work and school. Our City Council's Valentine Ball is on Saturday night....can't wait!

Oh I forgot the Valentine dance. My chapter is having our dance this weekend. I will be crowned the Valentine Queen this year! Hubs and I are excited about it!

Our Council Valentine Ball was last night and it was "Hollywood" themed. Red carpet for the chapter queens to walk down, lots of food and fun and dancing and best of all, sister time! I'll post a few pics when I can get them uploaded.

We celebrated a year as a chapter at the end of February and held the pledge ritual for three new sisters: we are very proud of them. :-)

Hi everyone...

Was just doing my casual swing through the boards (not as often these days), and saw that there were posts in the BSP group.

I still haven't found my way... keep debating whether to take the plunge into an online chapter (I'm concerned about how connected I'd feel), since a land chapter definitely doesn't seem to exist around here, but I've been insanely busy the last 18 months because I'm now a mom. My little guy Max is EVERYWHERE.
