IFC Recruitment help/stories??
 

Hello,

I am being interviewed for IFC VP of recruitment on Tuesday next week, 1/7/14. There are some aspects of the position I am completely confident about, like running workshops with each fraternity's Rush committees, but there are some aspects like what all goes into planning a formal rush that I am a little more ignorant to and worried about. If anyone has any stories or advice that can be shared prior to Tuesday (even after too especially if I am chosen for the position) it would be a great help and completely appreciated!
