Abandoned Resolutions
 

On average it takes about two weeks for Americans to abandon their New Year's Resolution. I generally don't make a New Year's Resolution, but for those of you who do, how long do you keep it? Do you follow through to the end or do you last for a few days? Do you have one for 2014? Did you have one for 2013? :)

I don't remember resolutions for 2013. I think this was the year or maybe last year (2012) that I stopped using "resolutions" in favor of "goals." That said, I accomplished a lot of goals in 2013, though I set some of those goals a bit ago and not necessarily in 2013.

For 2014, in addition to goals I've already set that I'm working to attain, I think I'd like to focus on becoming a better person by giving back more (volunteering, donations, thinking of others first more) and focusing less on me, me, me.
