Recruitment 2014
 

Hi! I was just elected the recruitment chair for my chapter of Sigma Kappa and was looking for some theme ideas that I could use for this upcoming recruitment season. I was thinking fairy tale themed however I don't know what we would wear for our first day which is typically dresses. Also not sure how I would do the décor! Any ideas or help would be sooo greatly appreciated! Even ideas for other themes would be awesome too! The only themes we want to avoid is America, Nautical, and Vacation-y/Palm tree type themes!

Definitely get in contact with your rush supervisor, they are there to help! :-) There are some themes that I have seen used by Sigma Kappa's all over the country like Sigma Kappacino and Pretty in Purple & Perfect in Pearls.

The Lambda chapter at Cal did a neat preference day color scheme with black, tan and red... It really stood out, and looked great! Just a thought. =) When I was in school we always did a day that the house was decorated in WSU cougar theme, seems easy to relate to!! But ya, Sigma Kappacino is pretty popular, with a whole Starbucks type theme. I also loved work week shirts I saw a few years back that were super cute, they had Perfection written across them, but took out the "ec" so it said PerfEKtion! Sorry random thoughts I know!
