Recruitment as Transfer info
Is the recruitment contract binding when a student leaves a school and transfers to a school w/spring recruitment? I didn't accept the bid at my current school because I felt then that I would transfer and the sorority is not at the new school. I knew I would have to be an alumna, if the new school didn't have the same sorority.
Can I rush in the spring, if I decide to transfer> |
Your other posts indicated that you were the mother of a PNM.

To answer your question, your MRABA does not apply at a new school and you can rush immediately.

What is it with all the perps/wannabes/trolls/socks/dishonest posters lately? Seriously don't get it. and a simple search would have answered the op's question.

She has been very positive about this process, her small classes (bet. 18 - 34 students), her impressive instructors & her darling suitemates. Having no sorority experience myself, I hope she can nurture these new relationships as well as those w/her PNSisters. Can you tell she's my first one in college? I appreciate the good wishes sent to the girls & moms. ___________________________________ 08-24-2013, 09:16 AM MissCocky MissCocky is offline GreekChat Member Join Date: Aug 2013 Posts: 4 Hi all Today is preference day. My DD had a rough beginning & she was 'bummed'. Her wonderful Pi Chi shared that a bumpy beginning can often be easier to deal w/than the highs & lows that many would experience. She was right. My daughter said many girls either broke down or they were fuming about their schedules at the next round. Others were quiet. I hope the girls believe what we heard at parent orientation - trust the process. I have a ? about my 2nd daughter who will be applying to USC this fall. Should we start hitting the pavement for rec letters this spring, if she decides to attend ? My current USC daughter had 2, and I was told she should have had one for every house. "It is common knowledge that SEC schools have highly competitive recruitments." Oh well... Best wishes to all! |

And when are you people going to remember? We can't expect AZTheta to carry all of the qfp load. |
