Questions regarding rushing as a sophomore

Hi there. I am super frustrated right now and need some help. As a sophomore, I don't have really any idea where my HS transcripts are, and I've called my school greek life office numerous times, and finally had to call and see if they were even open... They aren't. I am wondering if I should just submit my application for rush without the transcript, since I have 30 credits anyway, I assume they won't really need it. Please any help would be great.
And last question, I don't have any "formal" photos of me and we are to submit on with our app. I was wondering if just a clear, non selfie would be okay?
Rush is next week and I've been trying to get the first question cleared up for forever and I feel really bad about not having this done sooner

If you're a sophomore they don't want your high school transcripts.

A non-professional, flattering photo of yourself will be fine. They want to be able to identify you when you walk through the door.

Thank you so much! Annnnd now I have another question. I've asked my friend who is a current alumnae of a sorority about it and she felt it would be okay. I have two GPA's. I have a ASU (arizona state) gpa and then my cumulative GPA, which factors my transfer credits in. When I filled out the GPA question I put my current GPA 2.64 and in parenthesis I put "2.83 with transfer credits". My friend said that that would be the most concise way to inform the sororities of my situation. I understand my GPA is low, but I took summer school classes to make up for the bad grade I received and would like to show that I took the initiative and corrected my standing. Does that sound acceptable?

You need to find out what the sororities are actually going to SEE when they look up your grades. My assumption is that they will see your cumulative.

Sidenote: You could potentially be in for some heavy cuts early on with those grades.

Other PNMs in recruitment (freshmen) will have higher GPAs. Definitely keep an open mind to every chapter.

The university will most likely verify your grades to all the sororities. So whatever your current school says your GPA is, that's what it is,
