House Maintenance
 

The TKE house at my son's school is in terrible shape. Damaged and missing sorfit and fascia, a flat roof (horrible in the south), damage metal trim... the list goes on.

They are a small group so they aren't exactly flush with cash. Any fundraising ideas for smaller chapters would be great. To bad the TKE Housing Fund is no longer available.

If the house is owned by the alumni board, you would have to go thru them. Determining ownership is the first step. (with NPC groups it is sooo much easier to determine this!) And then work with that entity. Am not sure nothing is available from TKE - you might check further with their HQ regarding opportunities. It can be a sticky wicket.

Forming a parents org to work with the alumni board would be an excellent option to help out in many ways.
