Supreme Court Modifies Miranda
I noticed when this happened about a week ago, there wasn't much talk about it, at least that I found. Salinas v. Texas stated that one needs to invoke their fifth amendment rights in noncustodial situations, otherwise their silence can be used against them. What do you guys think about this?

First time I heard about this ruling, I just shook my head. And here I am again, same, disappointed reaction.
