The only thing she accomplished is proving she is off the wall crazy. Next time they see her coming, the manager should advise her that her business is not needed at this establishment.

What a nasty little spoiled brat and bigot to boot. I hope someone can figure out who she is and blast her the same way she was nasty to all those poor DD employees. I did enjoy that she was certain that they were going to put snot in the food, but it was OK because she was giving it to her BF.

Ugh. I can't even imagine treating the folks at a place I patronize regularly this way.

FWIW, Phoenix's business program, while being ridiculously overpriced is apparently legit. For about 1/4 the money though, at least around here, they could get the same degree from a school people don't routinely mock.

And there's another reason I think it should be mandatory everyone work a year in retail or food service.

The amount of rudeness I and people I know in the same business is insane. There's no excuse.

I did 8 1/2 years of retail between HS and college. I can tell you that "professionalism" is overrated. The few times I had a customer talk to me that way, I asked them to leave and calmly stated that if they didn't, I was calling the police.

Never let anyone talk to you that way. If your management is worth working for, they'll have your back with someone like that.

I would re-share this, but I think she's already had her 15 minutes of fame. What a jerk.
