How serious is your Greek Week?

I was just browsing the rule book for Mizzou's Greek Week, and was curious what it's like for other campuses. The Mizzou rule book is a 35 page pdf document and the entire "week" is incredibly involved. (I have "week" in quotations because all the meetings, organization, prep, actual events, etc., take place over about two months.)

So what does your campus's Greek Week look like?

Our Greek Week occurs every April, but we have events during Winter Rush as well. It's pretty darn competitive, though. On Greek Day, we pretty much don't speak to other organizations. At the end of the day, though, it's still a blast... somehow. lol

ETA: Had drinks with the Greek Life Adviser today and the current rule book is about 25 pages and growing.
