Rho Gamma (Recruitment Guide) Help
 

Hello!

I have been selected to have an interview in order to be a Rho Gamma or Recruitment Guide for formal recruitment in the fall. This is something that I really, really want, but I am incredibly nervous for the interview.

For those that have been a RG in the past, what do you think would be some possible interview questions and how would I answer them best? This isn't just for the interview though... If I am chosen, I would love to hear how other schools "troubleshoot" problems!

Good luck. It will just be a general interview where they ask you to tell them about yourself, why you are interested in being a Rho Gamma, what it means to be Panhellenic, and they may ask you why or how you can disaffiliate from your chapter or not be part of recruitment. You may also be asked some scenario-type questions where they are gauging your empathy and ability to remain impartial. The way you can answer them best is to just be yourself.
