Running for Recruitment
 

I am running for membership assistant, out of the girls who run 3 will be chosen. I am a new active, and I know a TON of girls are running for the same position I am.

How can I make myself stand out?
What are some ideas to change rush?
What are some tips to run a pledge class?

There's no campaigning in my sorority, so I can't help you there. But I think you can do yourself and your chapter a big favor by meeting with older members who have been through at least one recruitment cycle on the sister side. Tell them you are running. Strike up a conversation at the chapter house, between classes, etc. Ask them what they think works and what doesn't. Ask them for their ideas and incorporate those into your platform. Your sisters are best equipped to help you with this because they know your chapter, your sorority, and your campus better than anyone.
