EIGHT of UCLA's Panhellenic organizations will be participating in Spring Recruitment, April 7-10

• Chi Omega
• Delta Delta Delta
• Kappa Alpha Theta
• Kappa Delta
• Kappa Kappa Gamma
• Pi Beta Phi

It's amazing that this many groups are participating. This is primarily due to early graduation -- Seniors graduating a quarter early and chapters are now under quota. But, this is a fantastic way to go through recruitment that is less stressful & formal than Fall.

If interested, you need to attend a (short) info session the 1st week of Spring quarter, either:
Wed., 4/3 @ 7pm
or
Thurs., 4/4 @ 6pm
(location TBA -- you'll be informed by email if you've registered or check www.npcbruins.com )

Schedule:
Sunday, April 7th: Open House Round

• Meet at the Inverted Fountain at 12:15pm for check-in and to meet Rho Gammas
• Events run from 1:00pm-6:00pm (bring snacks)
• Visit all 8 chapters; 30 minute parties with 15 minute breaks

Monday, April 8th: Invitational Round

• Meet at Phi Mu (646 Hilgard) at 5:30pm. You will receive a phone call if your events start after 6:00.
• Events begin at 6:00pm and run until 10:00pm (bring snacks)
• Visit up to 5 chapters; 35 minutes parties

Tuesday, April 9th: Preference Round

• Meet at Phi Mu at 5:15pm. You will receive a phone call if your events start after 6:00.
• Events begin at 6:00pm - 9:00pm (bring snacks)
• Visit up to 2 chapters; 40 minute parties

Wednesday, April 10th: Bid Day

• Pick up your bid between 11:00 AM and 4:30PM in 105 Kerckhoff Hall
• Meet at the Inverted Fountain at 5:45.
• Bid Night Activities: 6-10
