UTK Greek Like Task Force Proposals
 

As a true Vol Fan and lover of everything Big Orange, I am glad to see the University of Tennessee followed through on forming a task force to address making improvements in the fraternity system.

I like it. I especially like the campus amnesty for alcohol for getting help. Too often, students are afraid to ask for help.

I don't know how they'll find someone willing to live in, but more power to 'em.

Good ideas. Too bad it took someone nearly dying due to a very innovative method of alcohol consumption for the university to take any action.

“Our chapter talked about this prior to the Greek Life task force,” said Terry Nowell, a Delta Tau Delta member and current student body vice president. “Mostly because we’d love to have someone to help clean up and occasionally wake us up if we need to be woken up. But it really is something that we’ve thought about as a fraternity, and I know a lot of others have.”
