How did you find out

That SANTA wasn't real?

Did you find out from your parents, or friends? Did you feel hurt or were like "so that explains those hidden presents!"

Do you let your kids believe in Santa?

I found out when i was 10 when my daddy dressed as Santa. I exclaimed "I didn't know Santa was Daddy!" And they pretty much decided to tell me then before I call all my friends and brag about it.

Speaking of Santa, I must tell y'all what happened to me yesterday with that fat white man.

Our station was at the Mall yesterday and you guys all know that parents and kids were out in full force trying to get a picture with Santa. Well Santa started to get antsy or annoyed or something because I said something to him and he ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME! I am sick right now and I was like "no you didn't"

to make a long story short, I threw a Candy Cane at his ass, my boss yelled at me in front of everybody, security was called, and I almost got suspended for messing with Santa and making a few kids cry in the process. A day in the life of me:)

1. What did you say to Santa?

2. how you gonna beat up Santa?? A Candy cane, now you know you're wrong for that....

But for some reason I still find that amusing, except for the security and suspension part.

I was never given the whole Santa thing-- I'm west indian, but hey, I guess it can't hurt to pretend.

I will absolutely, positively REFUSE to allow my children to believe in Santa Claus. I am too dedicated to my Christian faith to feed into the commercialism, especially since it involves belief in a man who doesn't exist. Many people think I'm wrong for feeling this way, but I want my children to believe in JESUS CHRIST not Satan Claus! It's amazing how many children know the latter and not the former.

No Santa. No Easter Bunny. No Tooth Fairy. No Halloween.

Noone ever told me that Santa was not real. I told my mom he wasn't real. When I was little, about six years old. I had a dream that Santa was hit by an eighteen wheeler and died. Later on my mom said something about Santa and I started crying and told her that Santa wasn't coming because he was dead. He had been hit by a truck. It's funny now but I was too serious then. I haven't believed in Santa since then.

As far as whether or not I will let my kids believe in Santa...
All that I can says is..at this point I do not have any kids but I don't see anything wrong with kids believing in Santa. After all, he did exist. Maybe not in the same way that he is portrayed but real none the less. He was a man that was selfless. He gave unto others and treated people with love just as Christ said that we should. When I have children, I plan to tell them the entire story WHEN THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND. Otherwise, Chris Kringle it is!!

I never believed in Santa.

I was a very analytical kid. My mom tried to get me to buy the whole Santa thing, but we did not have a fireplace (and what about other people who didn't have fireplaces?), and the whole explanation went downhill from there.

When I was in kindergarden, Santa came to our school in a helicopter, but I still wasn't buying it. Where was his sleigh? Why was there a different Santa at every mall? I played along for my younger sisters and brother, but I never bought it myself. I could never find the presents though. My parents were too far ahead of me.

One year, I sought to prove the lack of existence of Santa. I was about eight. I hanged out under the Christmas tree. I fell asleep and woke up surrounded by toys, but I still did not buy it. Like I said, my parents were pretty slick in that department.

Christmas was always a great and blessed event for me (helping others and spending time with family), but I just never believed in Santa. :p

If my kids wanted to believe in Santa, I would tell them the whole story when they were ready, but I wouldn't try to force the myth of Santa onto them.

WELL

Basically Santa was in a bad mood cause a kid had peed on him, and he got "snippy" with me. So I got "snippy" back with that fat so and so.

Basically I made a lot of little kids cry cause i cussed out Santa and my boss is still mad. But when our morning show talked about it, they couldn't stop laughing, lol!

The Candy Cane was the closest thing to me, so I threw it at him and told him he sucked. I think he would of jumped me if he wasn't in the (peed on)Santa suit.
