Big Little Ceremony Ideas?
 

Hello, I am a Colony Member at University of Idaho with the Fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE). We are getting chartered within a month (On Founder's Day Possibly!). I am Member at Large, and as our Chapters Member at Large I am in Charge of Big Little's, such as pairing people up as well as, making the family's. We are a 70 man Colony. When we get Chartered I am responsible for the Big Little Ceremony for all new members to come. If there is any ideas out there? Any thoughts are appreciated. I know a lot are secrets, as I plan on keeping ours a secret as well. If any ideas please let me know.

Your nationals probably have a lot of ideas. Check with them. Also, no scavenger hunts to find your big brother or you can get in trouble for perceived hazing.
