Now what?
Hello! Okay so I have been here before asking about informal recruitment and the general response I got was to contact my greek life office. And I did that! so I went in and they gave me an email adress to email, and I did that as well. But I never got a response. Its been almost a week and I feel like since the spring semester has already started there would be some type of information to give me, right? I know that informal recruitment is taking place because that is what the lady in the office told me. So does anyone have any recomendations as to what to do now? Because I don't want to be a bother and email her again, so i'm conflicted. Should I just hope I hear about it some other way? Any input is welcome. Thanks guys.

If chapters are doing COR, they set their own times for parties and they might not be planned yet. Additionally, the Greek Life office wouldn't necessarily have anything to give you; they would keep you on a list to provide to the chapters if and WHEN they have their parties. If your campus has an organized Informal Recruitment, that would be a different story and your Greek Life office would know that information. Instead of emailing, pick up the phone so you can have a live convo and ask questions, |

Go back again in person, be nice, don't complain and be sure that you understand what they tell you is going on. |
You can also contact the chapters individually - find their websites and find their recruitment person. Email them and ask if they are doing informal recruitment and tell them you are interested in any detailsll
