Vintage Fraternity Shirt
Hello all,
I am hoping that someone might be able to help me, I have what looks like an old Fraternity shirt. I have researched the symbols on the shirt, but can't identify the last symbol. The first 2 are Pi & Delta, the 3rd symbol is the letter Q. The shirt is an old one with felt letters sewn on it. I don't know how to attach a photo to this. Thanks.... |
Does the Pi look like two capital "T's" connected or could it be a Phi, which is an "O" with a vertical line drawn through the center? Might the Q actually be a Theta, which is an "O" with a horizontal wavy line in the center? The reason I ask is because there is a national fraternity called Phi Delta Theta.

The Pi has 2 capital T's connected, and the Q looks like the letter Q. The shirt has these symbols.....Pi (looks like 2 capital T's), a triangle (Delta) and the letter Q.
Here is what's on the front........... TT. triangle. Q. |
According to this old thread, Pi Delta Theta was an AES sorority that was absorbed by Delta Sigma Epsilon, which in turn was absorbed by Delta Zeta.
