Delta Phi Lambda is an Asian Interest sorority that just chartered at Iowa. I think the way they handled Big Sisters was interesting; they all seem to have a big sister at another chapter. I think this is a nice way to build continuity in a small but growing national sorority. I don't think Iowa has a massive Asian population, but probably enough to allow this group to do well.
