What was the best thing about your fraternity/sorority's member education program?

Getting to know the sisters and spend time with them on a one on one basis, and find out things I may never have known had everything been forced into a prefabricated acitivity or done in a group.

Also having an excuse to talk to cute fraternity guys when asking them for signatures. :)
