Sorority Stereotypes

Are the stereotypes pretty accurate of big schools? I'm looking at UGA and i don't want to rush and not get any bids because I'm not "that type"

We don't discuss things like stereotypes on this board. That being said, at a school like UGA the sororities are massive. It would be kind of impossible to have a cookie cutter sister in that situation. You are going to have all types in all sororities.

As someone at UGA and in a sorority, I can tell you that there are girls of EVERY type in every house. Girls of every body type, blonde girls with pearls, girls with funky hair and piercings, and everything in between. Nerdy girls, pageant girls, rocker girls, and girls who are all three.
Some houses may seem to have more girls of one type than others, but they still all have all types. You may find your place in a house with mostly girls who seem like you, or you may find your home in a sorority where the girls seem completely different from you. The important thing is to be YOUR best during recruitment, not somebody else's best. That will give you the best chance of finding a home in one of the 17 awesome and diverse sororities.
