tory burch flats, in or out?

Do you think tory burch reva flats (the one with the logo on them) are too flashy? I thought I might want to wear them for recruitment because they look nice, but I wouldn't want people thinking I'm showing off the brand or anything...
I would love some input from others! thanks!

I think they are fine as long as 1. they fit your style 2. you aren't completely decked out in visible labels
Tory Burch shoes are very popular at SEC schools, though usually in sandal form, but if the rest of your clothes don't fit the style (bohemian dress with Tory shoes? Don't do it) it will look like you are just wearing them to impress someone. The same goes for over-doing the labels: Dont wear Tory Burch flats with a Lilly Pulitzer dress, Louis Vuitton bag, Chanel sunglasses on your head and stacks of Yurman, because, real or fake, it will scream "I'm a walking Bloomingdale's!"

THIS. But I'm going to add, don't ever, ever wear fake anything. It looks cheap and like you aren't confident in your own skin. Be confident with who you are no matter what you are wearing. And this is coming from a Ralph Lauren-aholic. :)

Yep. If you're thinking all the girls in XYZ have super expensive designer gear and you're wearing something fake because you think it'll make you fit in more, it will probably backfire. Most people who own the real thing know how to spot fakes. An actually-cute purse from Target or Forever 21 will always look better than a Canal-street Louis Vuitton, or a Marc Jacobs canvas grocery bag used as a purse just because is says MARC JACOBS (Some girls do this. Don't be them).

I get the feeling that the OP isn't like this though, as she's acknowledging that she doesn't want to look like she's throwing labels around. Best of luck! :)
