My baby's leaving me for Korea-One whole year, what's a girl to do?

Any other women out there in love with a military man facing this same problem?

How have you kept that spark with your long distance relationship?

Also now is the time when I need to be discovering all the online net to phone information, free web cam software like yahoo's im, etc. Well hit me up with your ideas?

Also what would be the perfect gift for my sweet since he's leaving in a couple of weeks.

Oh sweetie, I feel your pain. I am not a military person in love, however my fiance and I dated while he was in TX and I was in TN. That is a 10 hr drive which seems close compared to Korea, but it was hard. We talked on my cell phone which gave free nights, weekends and long distance. This cut alot of the phone bills in half. Oh honey, web cams are so cheap. If you purchase them online or at a computer store, they don't cost more than $20.00. Purchase a microphone headset or microphone as well for the both of you. If you cant talk on the cell, at least you can talk through the computer. There are voice active chat rooms you can go into and talk privately if you wish. I wish I had some links for you, but I no longer use them. I am sure you can chat on yahoo since those are voice linked and create a private room to chat in. I have yahoo, msn, and AOL messenger. I like them all and they are free so invest in them. See which one he has or will have and download it, it's so quick and simple. You will make it during this trying time. God puts us through things for a reason and I am sure that after a year of this, you will learn what that reason is.
