Free Fonts... where?!
I need to download a font for work (Din) but I can't find a good, reputable, FREE, site to download from. I'm pretty sure the one I tried gave me a virus. Oops. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Dafont.com has some really good ones if you're up for a bit of a search, they can be hidden between some pretty garish ones but they exist!

I use 1001 Free Fonts and don't have any trouble with it. I can usually find something to suit the project I'm working on.

If you download it free, be sure to check the terms of use. Most "free" fonts are free for personal use, not business use. If you use them commercially, they may require you to buy a license.

We used to be able to use "symbol" for the greek font here, but the last few times, it didn't work for me. Is there something new?

If you're using a Windows computer, the better choice to cut and paste from the Character Map, which can be found at the Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools. Letters copied from there should should show up on any computer. |
