What things should I not say if I'm interested in this sorority?
 

I'm aware that the number one rule is discretion. I know that you are not supposed to go around telling people that you're interested in the sorority. I'm worried that I might say something that makes me look bad. What are things to avoid saying that could negatively impact my chances?

Are you going through informal recruitment? If so, just politely let the membership chair know that you are not interested so they can give that bid to someone else.

I think you got the phrasing flipped around; They are asking what not to say. Weirdly, I read it the wrong way too the first time.

EDIT: I saw this on the main thread and didn't spot that it was in the AKA thread. I'll hand it over to the ladies of AKA, or someone more familiar with their recruitment process
