I would just prefer to be in other houses if I have the choice. Everyone has their preferences.

I will answer your questions.

1. It is harder. You have to be the total package. VERY good college grades plus loads of activities especially for top tiered chapters which seem to interest you the most. Most women who are close minded like you seem to be have a harder time. Chapters already have a BIG sophomore class they are looking for Freshman because they are the future of the Chapter. You have to be outstanding to get a bid as a sophomore. But hey, maybe they will see something different in you this year.

2. It can be a disadvantage. Some Chapters will auto release any one that has gone through and they have released in the past. You should have finished out recruitment the first time. You may have found out that you really did enjoy one of the Chapters you didn't prefer.

3. You don't need to mention it. We know.

4. I don't know what those Chapters minimum GPA's are or any thing about their membership selection. I personally think you have more to worry about then GPA if you weren't involved in campus life and we don't care about what you did in HS.

*yawn* Just because you post the same crap in another forum doesn't mean that we forget about the original post. No matter where you post this, you'll get the same response, unless of course you go to rainbow pony land. I'm sure they will tell you how SPECIAL you are, and how the women of the chapters you listed can't wait to have you as a sister. And how magnificent your GPA is. Of course they would just be blowing sunshine up your ass. Sorry.

Being very familiar with the Colorado Greek system:

1. A lot.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. Probably not.

A 3.0 is a good GPA, but not great especially for a second timer. Your choices will be limited. Chapters at CU are big, you couidn't know the entire chapter and so I have no idea why you are knocking off amazing chapters. I know women who are in every single chapter at CU and it's crazy that you are discounting HALF the chapters especially at the size of the chapters. Aside from grades, why should they like you anymore this time than last time?



For those who care, Theta there is amazing. Never met a women I didn't absolutely love and their house is great too!

Didn't they have a fire this past year that caused extensive damage? Does anyone know when they'll be able to move back in?

There was a fire that burned the attic. The rest of the house was damaged by water. It happened December 19. The majority of women were able to live in again in January.

This post wasn't meant to offend anyone! I'm sorry if it came off that way, but I can see how it did. I came on this forum to get input from people anonymously, that's all.
