Uploading picture for registration?
 

Does the photo a pnm uploads during recruitment registration need to just show the face or should it be face and body? Is it ok if it's a casual pic taken by a friend(nothing or no one else in background)?

Also, if the school has deferred recruitment and holds events for the pnm & actives to meet during the fall semester, should the photo be a representation of what the pnm looks like on a day to day basis or what she'll look like during those events and recruitment?
Ex: girl doesn't wear makeup in her typical day to day life, but wears some during these events and recruitment.
Or girl has straight hair but typically curls it in her day to day life, but would wear it down straight during events and recruitment?

There should be two photos. One a full body shot and one a head shot. They should look like you are going to look during recruitment activities. The goal is for the sorority members to actually recognize you.

I had to upload one. I chose a pic that I felt flattered me and was interesting, yet classy.

The photo does not have to be professional but you should be able to clearly see your face.

Pick a head shot that is flattering. If you are going to have a friend take it, I would wear makeup in the picture. Subtle, flattering, not spackled on, but carefully applied. Good luck!

Ugg my pet peeve of being a recruitment advisor! If you only upload one photo and we can't see your face or it is too far away. Also make sure the photo is just of you and not you and your 3 closest friends so we don't have to do detective work to find out which one is you.
