Any judge with half a brain should throw this out, right?

Did some brief research, while maybe not totally on point, there is a recognized rule in several jurisdictions that ballpark attendees assume some risk of being hit by an errant ball.

This seems pretty typical of this part of NJ.

I'm assuming the husband is suing because he can't have sex with his wife? What does her getting hit in the face have to do with sex? :confused::confused:

it was the first thing my bf said when i was telling him about the article. I didnt make the connection either.

If she can breathe, chew, and swallow food then her mouth works. She may not be doing what he wants her to do with it but it works just fine.

Maybe he should be the pitcher if he can cause $150,000 in bodily damage at 11 years old.

Seriously though, come on. The most injury she probably received was a bruise.

So, apparently "services, society and consortium" is a euphemism for a particular act? I'm going to use that in a sentence: "Your Honor, I deserve $150,000 because my wife cannot perform SSC on me, due to her mouth being broken."

If I were her, I'd be looking for a divorce attorney instead...how humiliating!
