It's only a few weeks away!!
Who's registered to attend?!

Which days will you be there? I get in Wednesday afternoon.

Have you gotten your "registration packet" yet in the mail? I saw in the TPA E-News email that we were supposed to be getting them but I haven't yet. I'm curious if it says who our "roommate" will be. (I want to facebook creep beforehand!!)

Got my info packet! I forgot that I registered with my parents' address so I stopped bt their house and it was there.
Somehow while planning to attend, it never crossed my mind that I would have to wear a dress.... I don't own a dress so I guess I'll be doing some shopping.
Also, disappointed that there was no roommate info in the packet.

i got mine too!! Definitely going to need to go shopping. I don't own shorts that come anywhere near only 3 inches above me knee... I may wear jeans that day, if it's not too sweltering hot!

I apologize for crashing your thread. Our national convention is in a couple of weeks, too, and excitement is really building. I can only imagine what it must be like to be anticipating your centennial convention, though! Where will it be held?

OPhiA- It will be in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor, MI. Theta Phi was founded at the University of Michigan.

I didn't know your organization was founded at U of Michigan. What a perfect setting for your centennial convention, back where it all began!

We've got a little of our history tied up in that area, too. Ypsilanti is the site of our second chapter, one of the three OPA chapters who functioned independently on a local basis before forming our national org in 1967. There's a reference to Ypsilanti in one of our rituals, and the person speaking that part at my chapter often stumbled over the pronunciation. :)

Yeah, I can't say that I'm at all thrilled with the abnormally long "shorts" mandate, but I guess it is what it is. :rolleyes:

I will be staying with a friend who lives in town, so I don't know about the roomie situation, but I'm sure if you called National Office they'd tell you who you're with! :)

Ahh, I can't get over how soon it is and how awesome it will be! :D
