What in the hell?

He had substance abuse issues - he was on Celebrity Rehab - and just from watching him on there you could kind of tell that he was trying really really hard but that he had demons that kept overtaking him. Whether it was all related to the attention from the beating or something that he would have gone through in his life anyway, hard to say.

He had substance abuse issues before the beating but he said that the beating and the attention made everything worse.

Just learning this of this today. WOW! Talk about a hard-knock life. He can finally be free now.
