Anything about Zeta Tau Alpha at Ga State??
 

hey! I am a ZTA from Valdosta State I just move to Gulf Coast in Florida and they don't have greeks b/c its a community college. I'm trying to get into Georgia State now and I really wanna know if anyone knows anything about the zeta chapter at GSU..can anyone please help me out? I really really miss my sisters at Valdosta but I want to go to Ga state so help me out and tell me about the Ga zetas!!

hey zeta girl! the zetas i have met and talked with from ga state are really nice and down to earth! i'm sure you'd like them!

I'm a student at GSU!! The ZTA's here are a great group of ladies. They're really involved on campus! My chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma and their chapter did a fundraiser together a year or two ago called "Make Love on the Sidewalk". We raised money for both the American Red Cross of Atlanta (GSS) and The Susan G. Komen Foundation (ZTA).

To explain the name (so you aren't like, "hmmm...") of the fundraiser, what we did was write out the word L-O-V-E on the pavement and placed cute buckets on each letter. Then, people would drop money into the buckets. We made about $200 in 3 days!! Plus we had a wonderful time hanging out with them.

I met some ZTA's from State at the FL/GA game last year and they were awesome girls. A couple of them definatly knew how to party! I take it your in Fort Myers FL now and they do have a university there called Gulf Coast but its only a few years old so i doubt there are greeks there but if you don't get into state you should start a zeta chapter there.

Delta Zeta has a chapter at GSU, and I've heard nothing but good things about the ZTA's on campus from my girls there. My next door neighbor is a student at GSU, and she likes all of the Greeks there. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif I know that the ones at GA Tech are outstanding, too!

I go to Gulf Coast Community college this semester it's in Panama City Beach Florida. I don't like it b/c I miss my sisters back in Valdosta! I hope I get into Ga State so I can get back with the Zeta girls!
