The ZTA Beer Dance!
 

Hey, I like pledged this sorority in undergrad. I didn't stick around long, but I did enjoy the fraternity parties we went to.

We did this dance to show out the girls from the other sororities. It was called "The ZTA Beer Dance".

I now wonder if that was a dance created by my chapter or if it was something that was region or nationwide.

We would start by pumping our fists in the air, then we would snap our fingers in a criss cross fashion near our crotch, next we picked up our beer off the floor and drank it, and then we slinged our hair in a seductive fashion with our hand. Sounds familiar? I was in a chapter in a Missouri school that shall remain nameless.

Basement songs should stay in the basement

Really? I wouldn't have thought that. I would think that stealing someone's wallet during those dark initiation ceremonies or your pledge class doing coke to stay up during "hell week" would be something to keep in the basement.
